Provide assistance to businesses in developing a Strategic and Tactical business plan which will:

• Identify and refine the business's Mission Statement(s)

• Identify and define the Strategic Objective(s) that must be attained to accomplish the Mission Statement(s)

• Identify the Tactical Objectives/Tasks that must be attained to successfully accomplish the business's Strategic Objectives

• Identify Assets required to accomplish each Strategic and Tactical Objective/Task required to fulfill the business's Mission Statement

• Identify any roadblocks that must be overcome to successfully accomplish each Tactical Objective/Task, to include:

  • Asset shortages/availabilities

  • Substitution availabilities for identified unavailable assets 

Provide Assistance to businesses in successfully accomplishing their Mission Statement by:

• Assisting businesses in developing a Business Plan to successfully accomplish the business's Mission Statement(s), to include:

  • Business Strategic and Tactical Business Plan

  • Executive Summary

  • Critical Path Implementation plan

  • Business Pro-Forma with 1,5, and 10 year forecast (including assumptions made in creating the pro-forma)

• Assist businesses to identify and apply for any Economic Development financial assistance grants/loans available through Federal, State, and local Economic Development resources
